Robbert is an intelligent, ambitious, and autodidactic entrepreneur with a great passion for Operational Technology, Industry 4.0 & IIoT.

Within OpenIIoT, Robbert is responsible for the company vision & strategy, operations and quality assurance. Robbert ensures that OpenIIoT always offers the best suitable and state-of-the-art solutions that lead your business to successful digital innovation.

Robbert has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a range of certifications in Industrial Automation, Cyber Security, Programming, Machine Learning and Safety. Since the start in 2009, Robbert’s career is dedicated to smart industrial innovation. He was active in different positions ranging from hands-on engineering & development to strategic innovation. He has experience in Advanced Problem Solving & RCA, Solution Design & Implementation, OT Management, Performance Improvement, (OT) Cyber Security, Industry 4.0, IIoT, Data Science, Consultancy, Project Management, and international Quality Assurance.

Robbert’s significant in-depth experience in engineering, industrial automation, and modern technology together with his curiosity and drive allow him to identify major opportunities in the world of Operational Technology. Robbert understands how to bring successful innovation within the sceptical constraints of real-world operations and business judgments.

Besides OpenIIoT is Robbert active as a guest lecturer in IIoT & Industry 4.0 at the University of Malta, a member of the ISA Smart Manufacturing & IIoT committee, a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Tech.mt.

Stanley is an inquisitive and enthusiastic leader who likes to take up challenges and help companies with successful digital transformation to become faster, safer, smarter and more efficient.

Within OpenIIoT, Stanley is responsible for the commercial aspects of the business. Stanley ensures that customers are well understood and their needs translated into the best suitable solutions in both the short and long-term.

Stanley has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. He started his career in 2003 as an engineer in the Royal Dutch Navy from where he grew via different industries into the automotive manufacturing industry. He held the prestigious positions of Program Launch Manager and Head of Supply Chain Management where he worked with premium car brands and on continuous improvements within a high-tech industrial environment. This experience taught him the importance of innovation to staying ahead of competition and generating new business value.

Besides his work at OpenIIoT, Stanley is active in several communities. He serves as the Chairman of the Nederlanders in Malta (NIM) social club, is a member of the business club The Maltese Connection (TMC), and a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce.
